We are a team of psychologists who specialize in therapy for couples.
When you find your relationship is going through challenges big or small, many couples find counselling can help get things back on track. We understand that personal struggles are sometimes difficult to navigate and having the support of a qualified therapist can help. With our extensive training and experience, we can help couples navigate challenges such as communication, managing conflict and enhancing trust. Some couples also find that even when things are going well in their relationship, a tune-up with a therapist allows them to keep prioritizing their relationship and make it their best.

I am a Registered Psychologist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Gottman Therapy for Couples. In addition to working with individual clients, I enjoy helping couples to improve their communication, increase emotional connection and manage conflict more effectively. If you are finding that you and your partner have been growing apart or that either of you are not feeling as satisfied in your relationship as you would like, I have strategies to help you get out of the gridlock and flourish again. I will always respect the uniqueness of each of you and your situation and needs. I believe that having a safe space to talk together in therapy can be a powerful tool, and providing that safe space is my goal. We all have experiences that sometimes leave us feeling stuck; my job is to help couples and individuals discover healthy and effective ways to move forward with confidence, hope and satisfaction.

I have had the pleasure of working with adults in a variety of settings, and regardless of the nature of my clients' distress, I have always offered respect and ethical professionalism in pursuing their goals. In addition to couple therapy, I also enjoy working with individuals who are seeking support in the areas of anxiety management, depression, stress reduction, work/life balance, retirement and other life transitions.
